I enjoy finding estate sales for family members because the list of their possessions gives insights into their lives. I also like seeing the prices of the items sold. This sale also shos=ws that Josiah's family members bought items. His father, brothers and brother-in-law purchased items. I often read about farm items and kitchen crockery but this sale included a dictionary & books! Was he a well read man?
Do you have a source for Josiah's birth? I have seen his birth posted on Ancestry but I have not seen a source. Please share if you know more.
